Information you give us

When you fill in a form on this website, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask, to arrange sponsorship or send updates.

Donations

Online gifts are processed by our payment provider (PayPal). We do not see or store your card details. The provider shares your name, email and gift amount with us so we can thank you and keep accurate records.

How forms are delivered

Messages sent through this website are delivered to us by Formspree, a form service. Formspree processes the data only to pass it on to us.

Children's privacy

We protect the identity and dignity of every child we care for. We do not publish children's full names, exact locations or personal details, and we ask for consent from caregivers before sharing any photo.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop sending you updates. Just email smafrica2021@gmail.com.
